Process Air Systems

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The process air system consists of a compressed air generator, sterile air filters, distribution piping, and a control and instrumentation system for pressure control and monitoring. The compressed air generator, a packaged unit, includes two air compressors, a compressed air receiver tank, and an air dryer. The compressed air from the compressed air generator is dry and oil free. This compressed dry air is directly used as instrument air and, after further treatment by the sterile air filters, it is used as process air. The process air meets the company product specifications.
