Biowaste Kill Systems – Continuous

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The Biowaste Kill System - Continuous is designed to continuously inactivate aqueous biowaste drains from the process area. It consists of a biowaste collection tank, transfer pumps, a biowaste preheater, a biowaste heater, a sterilization holding unit, and a control and instrumentation system for monitoring and adjustment of the system pressure, temperature and flow rates. The inactivated biowaste effluent is cooled, and then sent to the waste neutralization system. The Biowaste Kill System is designed to measure and report all relevant operating parameters for validation.
